Daily Rate

My Two common methods are charging per day or charging per student per day, depending on the type of coaching needed. 

Charging Per Day

Assuming an 8-hour training day, your cost per day could be:

8 hours per day at R 1 450.00 per hour = R 11 600.00 per day

Dependant on the number of training days required:

Example for a 2-day training course: R11 600.oo per day for 2 days = R23 200.00

This pricing doesn’t consider the number of students attending the training but gives you a good indication for budget purposes.

Charging Per Student Per Day

In this scenario, I charge each student a fee for each day of training they attend.

For example:

2-day training course for 8 students: R2000.00 per day for 8 students for 2 days = R32 000.00

 

Rates based on the number of students attending

For example:

10 students: R1 800.00 per day for 10 students for 2 days = R36,000.00

8 students: R2 000.00 per day for 8 students for 2 days = R32,000.00

6 students: R2 200.00 per day for 6 students for 2 days = R26,400.00

Fuel or Travelling Fee

Further than 15 Km from the office R5.50 per Km.

With nearly 40 years of experience as an HR Generalist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the realm of life coaching. My name is Kobus Willemse, and I am the founder of Kowill Coaching, a business dedicated to fostering human resource development and growth.

Throughout my career, I have worked with executives, managers, and HR practitioners, helping them to develop their leadership and management skills. My approach is grounded in positive thinking and a deep belief in the potential of every individual.

I am passionate about partnering with businesses that are serious about developing their people and creating a culture of excellence.
